Data and privacy at Rankift
Plain answers about what we keep and why. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Your three questions first
We keep what we need to run your account. Nothing more.
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising profiles from the domains you query, and we do not take card details. Operator: Rankift, rankift.com. Contact goes through your account page.
What we hold, and for what
| Data | Source | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, Google profile ID | Google sign-in | Identify your account and show your balance |
| API key and credit balance | Created by you in the dashboard | Authenticate and bill calls |
| Calls: action, domain queried, time, credits spent, IP address | Your requests | Billing, abuse prevention, fault finding |
| USDT (TRC-20) transaction ID and amount | Your top-up | Credit your balance |
| Browser type, pages viewed, error logs | Your visit | Keep the site working |
How long we keep it
Account data lasts as long as the account does. Request logs are kept for security and debugging.
Payment references stay longer, because accounting and dispute handling need them, and they hold only the transaction ID and the amount, never wallet keys or anything that would let anyone move your funds. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove what we are not required to keep.
Who else sees it
Google handles the sign-in. We receive only the profile details Google passes to us. Hosting and network providers process traffic on our behalf.
We disclose data if the law requires it, and not otherwise. We do not share account lists with advertisers.
Security
Keys are shown to you once in the dashboard. Treat them like passwords. We keep service logs separate from payment references.
No system is perfectly safe. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly and say what happened.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small amount of technical storage for preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on rankift.com. Nothing in them is used to follow you around other websites, and blocking them only affects staying signed in. Fair enough.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data, and you can close the account. Send the request from your account page.
